How To Book
To enquire or to make a booking for a group visit, please complete the online enquiry form in the red box. A member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your trip.

Please note: We request a minimum of one week’s notice from the chosen date of your visit to secure a group booking.
Groups are welcome if it is within a week but we may not be able to accommodate private, timed showings.
Group numbers only need to be estimated as we may have to split showings for larger numbers.
While one part of the group experiences the sound and light experience others are free to roam the shop and other attractions/exhibits within the centre.
Please not we do not have toilet facilities; however, we can provide maps of the nearest which are located at the main car parks, coach park and train terminal.
Rye Town Group Tours
We are able to offer group tours around Rye that are similar to that of our standard tours. Please email groups@ryeheritage.co.uk for further information.
FAQ's
Where do coaches and minibuses park?Coaches can set down passengers opposite the Heritage Centre, (///poem.collides.embedded) and then continue to the Coach Park next to Railway Station (///twee.receive.kettles).
How long will we need at Rye Heritage Centre?
We would recommend a minimum of 45 minutes for a group visit, to make sure there’s plenty of time to explore.
