Our tours start at the entrance of the Rye Heritage Centre (by the giant anchor) (///usual.worlds.ship) — look out for your guide and a friendly welcome!

If the weather is against us, please meet inside the front of the centre (in the glass window).

Please arrive a few minutes before departure with your ticket or QR code ready so we can begin on time. It will be scanned by our tour guide (not welcome staff).

Tours last around 75–90 minutes, so pop on some comfy shoes and be ready for whatever the British weather decides to do that day.

Please note, our guided walks are not suitable for children under 12.

Due to Rye’s steep lanes, cobbles, and uneven ground, the tours are not recommended for visitors using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or those with limited mobility. If you’d like to discuss accessibility or alternative options, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
